The FixxSure™ X-Link from SpineWorks was approved for implantation by the FDA in July of 2008. The implant is a vast shift in conception, design and function of current day cross links.
The Patent Pending design features a dual locking mechanism that combines with a direct upward locking motion which is unlike any other cross link currently on the market. This distinctive design provides the surgeon the ultimate ease of use.
The FixxSure™ X-Link’s simplicity comes in part from a unique insertion screwdriver. The proprietary design allows this one instrument to perform two functions: a primary locking and a secondary final tightening of the implant.
